Rebuild & Repair Services

Bridgeport Refurbishing

​

Fully refurbished Bridgeport Mills include the following:

  • Machines are totally disassembled, cleaned, primed, repainted, and reassembled.

  • Mill will have hard chrome ways in excellent condition.

  • New Dynamo X-Axis power feed.

  • New X and Y Screws & Nuts.

  • Table top will be ground to clean up abrasions.

  • One shot lube system will be cleaned & serviced.

  • The head will have new plastic keys, bushings, and belts.

  • Any  damaged or worn parts in the head are replaced.

  • The machine will be equipped with new a 2 Axis DRO or whatever the customer prefers.

  • Will also include a new clamping kit, a 6” vise, and 10 collets. 

Other options:

  • Custom color paint - utilizing Sherwin Williams industrial epoxy for durability and great looks.

  • DRO brand and which Axis' that need to be read.

  • Additional Power feeds on other axis

  • Ball screws

  • Any other accessories you may want!

Rebuilt Bridgeport Heads

 

In-house rebuilds on both Step Pulley & Vari Drive heads.

  • Rebuilds for step pulley or vari-drive.

  • New parts available.

  • Loaner-heads heads available to minimize downtime while yours is down for repair, or buy a complete head ready to go.

 

Complete Heads:

  • Step Pulley 

  • 1.5HP Vari-Drive 

  • 2HP Vari-Drive

  • Core charge will be refunded with the exchange of your old head once we have reviewed exchange head condition.

 

 Various mill tables available in lengths of 36", 42", and 48".
